Mastery Trek is an application for the evaluation of personnel and job candidates on ethical behavior and its adaptation to the corporate philosophy.

It includes several tests and games that measure different characteristics of the aptitudes and attitudes of the participants. The test is mainly individual, but you have the option to collaborate with other people who participate simultaneously.

The application is based on web technologies and is accessible from any browser via the Internet. It consists of 2 main areas: the candidate area where the games and tests are shown, and an internal area to which only the evaluation staff have access. This second zone is a management application where you can see the lists of the participants with their results, statistics, graphs, reports, etc...

These and other zones are integrated and are accessible from the same entry point, the application discriminates the destination depending on the user's credentials.

For this, a digital marketing plan was prepared using SEO techniques, content marketing and presence in social networks.

In addition to being a showcase for the client's bedroom furniture infographics, the website contained a user application for the online preparation of furniture compositions and their subsequent order.

In this project, in addition to the development of the website itself, a detailed study was carried out on the company's digital marketing and SEO strategy. This applied strategy reported a considerable increase in international contacts from potential clients once the web application was published.

The website functioned mainly as a showcase for the company's products and a means of contact. The client could, through a personalized CMS and integrated in the same application, edit their products in a simple, fast and flexible way.
