The Mixed Reality is a virtual environment with enormous potential thanks to the increasing possibility of technological integration. 3D universes where you can immerse yourself with VR headsets, touch and pick up objects with hand controllers, see and talk to other people through multiplayer servers and voice chat, interact with AI avatars integrating ChatGPT, observe a ancient city disappeared in its original environment through Augmented Reality,... The possibilities are immense.
Gamified cultural virtual tours (art, heritage, etc...). Industrial training with real or automatic instructors. Spaces for networking, socialization and virtual commerce. Technology parks where you can test and share designs in virtual laboratories, attend conferences, workshops or seminars. Creation of totally innovative and surprising artistic pieces that arise from the new interactive audiovisual media, ..... or all mixed.
My job consists of conceiving, designing and developing applications that incorporate these concepts in an integrated and coherent way, maintaining a balance between technical functionality and aesthetic value, always looking for quality as a hallmark, as an emblem of the brand.

Multiplayer Virtual Reality Space
AV-ROOM VR is a virtual reality space that represents an audiovisual classroom. It is a functional prototype created as a technical test for the creation of a larger project consisting of a Virtual Campus.
This prototype contains numerous technologies related to the mixed reality, all of which are integrated into the environment and interconnected:

using the VR viewer MetaQuest2
dual function VR/3D (with and without viewer)
Internet access and web viewing
viewing 2D videos and 360 videos

Gamified virtual tour of the Sacristy of the Santo Domingo de Silos Monastery. This area cannot be visited live by tourists because it is within the closure, however it keeps a good number of artistic treasures.
Due to its cultural interest, it was a good idea to create a virtual sacristy so that it could be visited by anyone. The characteristics of the place demanded a high quality realistic visual representation.
In order to make the virtual tour more interesting and fun, I added unusual features, so that it not only served to visualize the environment, but also allowed one to interact with it: pick up objects, play music, obtain information about certain works, change the environment, ... I also introduced a small game or plot (gamification) that the visitor could solve to make their experience more immersive.

Development of a virtual catalog for a manufacturer of doors and cabinets. The client can build their own compositions in an easy and fun way and thus check which models can best fit their expectations.
Choose between different environments: classic, modern, minimalist, etc... Select different models of doors and accessories, colors and materials. View the composition from different perspectives until finding the ideal product.

Augmented Reality Human Evolution Museum
Together with the Technological Institute of Castilla y León we installed an Augmented Reality equipment in the Museum of Human Evolution in Burgos.
I developed 4 scenes of the common life of man and his environment in different prehistoric times based on the indications of expert museum researchers.
Visitors could pick up a rotating monitor focusing on different parts of the interior of the main room. The virtual scenes were superimposed on images captured by a camera in real time.

DIAGNOSTIC APPLICATION
Virtual Industry Training
Application of techniques based on virtual reality to process engineering, development of immersive environments with collaborative interfaces for the design of products and processes, operator training services (assembly and use of machinery), ergonomic studies and process reengineering.
Demo of an interactive manual for the assembly of complex parts. The operator can have the application installed on his tablet and make on-site consultations when carrying out a repair or diagnosis.
